Full hospitality design and execution for a two-day multi-brand influencer event
The Ask
Mary Ruth's Organics was participating in a large, two-day influencer event alongside numerous other brands. In a crowded field of exhibitors, they faced the risk of getting lost in the noise. The challenge was clear: ensure Mary Ruth's products stood out more prominently than any other brand at the event, creating a memorable experience that would drive influencer content and engagement.
What We Built
We created a unique, personalized concept: twelve distinct handcrafted mocktails — one for each zodiac sign — with each drink incorporating a Mary Ruth's Organics product. Influencers ordered their sign's drink, giving every guest a personal connection to the beverage while showcasing the versatility of the product line. The concept created natural conversation starters and photo opportunities that dominated the room.
The Results
Nearly all influencer content from the event included the custom beverages.
Successfully differentiated Mary Ruth's from every other brand at the event.
Demonstrated unique ways to use the products beyond standard supplement consumption.
