Full hospitality design and execution for a two-day retail takeover
The Ask
Hourglass Cosmetics secured a coveted two-day Sephora takeover to provide complimentary makeovers and showcase their luxury cosmetics line. They needed on-brand hospitality for guests during the makeover process — and something more: a draw. In a busy retail environment, the hospitality moment had to attract foot traffic to the activation and generate curiosity about what Hourglass was offering, not just serve guests already there.
What We Built
We created a custom experiential hospitality setup built around the functional benefits of Hourglass products — hydration and plumping — translated into the guest experience. Every element featured on-brand colors matched precisely to the Hourglass aesthetic. Our team served dual roles as both hospitality staff and brand ambassadors, trained on the products and the brand story so every guest interaction extended the marketing message.
