Full hospitality design, build, staffing, and execution across a three-show national tour

The Ask

Brio Water had the booth, the product lineup, and the ambition. Designing and executing world-class hospitality isn't a hardware company's core competency — and it shouldn't have to be. Across three major trade shows, they needed a partner who could build a guest experience worthy of their brand, drive meaningful foot traffic into a 3,000 sq ft exhibit, and create the kind of dwell time that converts visitors into real sales conversations.

What We Built

We designed and built a full Hydration Station experience inside Brio's exhibit — a custom installation that put their dispensers, filtration systems, and product line front and center in a way guests could experience firsthand. We developed a custom guest program built entirely around Brio's product ecosystem. Staff trained across their full range — from residential dispensers to the Lago commercial line — and outfitted in branded Brio uniforms so guests experienced one seamless team. From Orlando to Chicago to Miami, we managed all logistics, setup, and execution across three cities without a single hiccup.
