Our Role
Full activation design, staffing, and execution for a two-day sponsorship activation at a sold-out professional sporting event
The Ask
Brio Water, the Official Sponsor of Real American Freestyle, brought us back for their sixth event with Massive Impact: RAF 12 at a sold-out Rocket Arena in Cleveland. A sponsorship only pays off if fans actually meet the brand: taste the product, take something home, and remember Brio after the matches end. Brio needed a team to run every touchpoint of the sponsorship, from the press conference and weigh-ins to the fan concourse, the Fan Zone, and the arena, and to execute flawlessly in a live sports environment with no second take.
What We Built
We ran every Brio touchpoint at RAF 12. The Hydration Station served product at the press conference and weigh-ins, putting Brio in front of athletes and media before the first match. In the Fan Zone and across the concourse, our team demoed the products, handed out Brio merch, and talked Brio to every fan who came through. Ten staff working multiple zones at once, two days of fan activations, executed flawlessly at a professional sporting event. That's what we do. A brand trusts us to represent them at their event, and we make a massive impact on everyone who walks up.
The Results
Brio's product placed directly in the hands of thousands of fans at a sold-out professional sporting event.
Product demos turned a sponsorship logo into a firsthand experience of Brio for every fan who came through.
Merch sold out, sending Brio home with fans and carrying the sponsorship well beyond the arena.
Brand exposure at every stage of the event, from the press conference and weigh-ins to the concourse, Fan Zone, and arena.
