Our Role
Full hospitality design and execution for a single-day luxury VIP activation
The Ask
BiOptimizers wanted their Tart Cherry Magnesium product front and center at one of the most high-profile pre-Coachella events of the season — a Beverly Hills estate hosting 400 of the world's top influencers, celebrities, and national editors. An experiential hospitality station at a casual brand event is one thing. A fully integrated, batch-production experience on the grounds of an enormous Beverly Hills property, serving the most discerning guests in the country, with zero margin for error — that's another entirely.
What We Built
We designed and executed a fully immersive hospitality experience built entirely around BiOptimizers' Tart Cherry Magnesium product line. Two custom guest experiences developed from scratch — the Tart Cherry Recovery and the Tart Cherry Recharge (dairy-free) — integrating the hero product into every serving. Batch production handled on-site, seamlessly, without disruption to the guest experience. The presentation was a natural fit within the luxury environment — not a vendor setup, a true brand moment.
