Our Role
Full hospitality design and execution for a two-day luxury influencer activation
The Ask
YSL Beauty's agency needed a hospitality experience that matched the brand's iconic luxury positioning — for a room of 60 of LA's top beauty influencers. Every touchpoint had to command the same prestige as the brand itself, from the moment guests arrived to the moment they left. Generic hospitality wasn't an option. Anything less than flawless would undercut the aesthetic they'd built.
What We Built
We designed and executed the full hospitality layer of the activation — integrated into the brand's palette, aesthetic guidelines, and event tone from the first brief. Two custom signature experiences developed from scratch to reflect the bold, luxurious character of the Libre fragrance. Two custom-designed gluten-free culinary elements presented with editorial styling. Clean tabletops, refined serviceware, zero plastic. Service delivered both displayed and passed, honoring the luxury standard at every moment. Our staff dressed and presented to the YSL aesthetic. Guests couldn't tell where the brand ended and our team began.
